Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
1. Why have ThunderCore (TT) been bridged on the Ethereum blockchain?
ThunderCore (TT) was bridged onto the Ethereum blockchain in order to promote cross-chain applicability. With a growing number of blockchains and native tokens, we believe that providing users with the ability to bridge their assets across blockchain platforms provides a better ecosystem with more access to products and services. Our goal has always been to bring blockchain to the masses.
2. What happens to the supply of ThunderCore (TT) after bridged on to the Ethereum Blockchain?
The supply of ThunderCore (TT) has always been and will remain at 10,000,000,000 tokens. The ThunderCore Bridge simply bridges the gap between the two blockchains to allow supported tokens to be transferred between the two. ERC20-TT is created by locking an equal amount of ThunderCore (TT) in a ThunderCore smart contract (https://viewblock.io/thundercore/address/0x2521d6b1f5350d5198e2a7a30fd6a23ee603b7aa)
The ThunderCore (TT) locked in the ThunderCore smart contract are hence taken out of circulation. Meanwhile, an equal amount of ERC20-TT is minted and added into the circulation by the smart contract on Ethereum (https://etherscan.io/address/0x1E053D89E08c24aA2CE5C5B4206744Dc2D7BD8F5)
When a user wants to transfer their ThunderCore (TT) on Ethereum back to ThunderCore, their ERC20-TT gets burned by the contract on Ethereum, and an equal amount of TT is released by the ThunderCore smart contract, hence restoring the original balance.
The balance of the two smart contracts should remain equal at all times, guaranteeing that the total supply of TT remains a constant of 10B.
3. How do I bridge my ETH assets onto the ThunderCore blockchain?

7. How to get ERC20-TT?
To get ERC20-TT with your TT, please visit the ThunderCore Bridge and connect your wallet to the interface to swap your TT to ERC20-TT on the Ethereum Blockchain.
To learn how to swap assets from ThunderCore to EThereum Blockchain, kindly refer to the tutorial.
8. I keep getting a network error when I visit the ThunderCore Bridge page, how do I solve this?
When you are on the TT Wallet, you may face a network error when selecting ERC-20 to TT-20 assets as the TT Wallet only supports TT20 assets. Hence, you may only select TT-20 to ERC-20 pairs on the ThunderCore Bridge via the TT Wallet.
If you are using MetaMask wallet on your browser and encounter a network error, please ensure that you have selected the correct network "ThunderCore" or "Ethereum" for the trading pair and you can swap the tokens that you prefer.
